Four Beans Chaat

Ingredients

  • Red Beans (boiled)-1cup
  • Peas (boiled)-1cup
  • White beans (boiled)-1cup
  • Corn-1cane
  • Garlic Ground-1tsp
  • Onion (chopped)-1
  • Spring onion (chopped)-1
  • Tomato-2
  • Green chili (chopped)-2
  • Lemon syrup-4tbsp
  • Tamarind paste-2tbsp
  • Brown sugar-2tbsp
  • Black pepper (ground)-1/2tsp
  • Olive oil-2tbsp
  • Salt-as required


Method

  • Take a mixing bowl put onion, garlic, green chili, then powder it with black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  • After that add olive oil, brown sugar, tamarind, and lemon syrup and then again mix them well.
  • Now add tomato, red beans, corn, white beans and peas.
  • Your Four Beans Chaat is now ready and can garnish it by chopping spring onions and sprinkle it all around.
