Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings (with skin)-1 kilo
  • Red Pepper Flask-5-6
  • Dry Red Pepper-3-4
  • All Purpose Flour (maida)-2 cup
  • Egg-2-3
  • Cumin Flask-1tsp
  • Carom Seeds (ajwain)-1/2tsp
  • Ginger-1 inch piece
  • Garlic-5-6
  • Coriander-1/2 bunch
  • Green Chili-5-6
  • Oil-for frying
  • Salt-to taste
  • Salad Leave-for garnishing
  • Tomato-for garnishing


Method

  • Wash chicken wings and leave it for a while.
  • Take a blander and put red pepper flask, dry red pepper, all purpose flour, egg, cumin, carom seeds, ginger, garlic.coriander, salt, green chili and bland it well.
  • Now take a bowl apply half paste in chicken wings and leave it for 1-1,1/2 hour.
  • After that put remaining paste and add all purpose flour , egg and make a thick paste of it.
  • Now dip these wings in to all purpose flour mixture and deep fried it over slow flame.
  • Garnish it with salad leave and serve it.
