Asian Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Rice (boiled)-1cup
- Egg white-3
- Onion-2
- Garlic-3cloves
- Green chili (chopped)-1
- Green Capsicum-1
- Cabbage-1 cup
- Cucumber-1cup
- Peas-1cup
- Black pepper(ground)-1tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Turmeric-1tsp
- Tomato paste-1tbsp
- Lemon syrup-2tbsp
- Hot chili sauce-1tbsp
- Cashew nut-1chup
- Salt-as required
- Coriander-2tbsp Chopped
- Oil-4 to 5tbsp
Method
- First of all take a non stick pan and pour oil and add onion in it and when the onions turns golden then remove it and place the onions on a paper.
- After that take another pan and put garlic, green chili, spring onion, capsicum, garam , masala and start frying it.
- Now add some turmeric powder, cabbage, cucumber and peas and then cook it approximately for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add egg white and cook it for a while.
- After that add tomato paste, lemon syrup and hot chili sauce and cook them well.
- Now turn on it high flame and add rice, cashew nut, coriander, black pepper. Then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now dish it out on a plate and garnish with golden brown onion.
