Asian Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Rice (boiled)-1cup
  • Egg white-3
  • Onion-2
  • Garlic-3cloves
  • Green chili (chopped)-1
  • Green Capsicum-1
  • Cabbage-1 cup
  • Cucumber-1cup
  • Peas-1cup
  • Black pepper(ground)-1tsp
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Turmeric-1tsp
  • Tomato paste-1tbsp
  • Lemon syrup-2tbsp
  • Hot chili sauce-1tbsp
  • Cashew nut-1chup
  • Salt-as required
  • Coriander-2tbsp Chopped
  • Oil-4 to 5tbsp

Method

  • First of all take a non stick pan and pour oil and add onion in it and when the onions turns  golden then remove it and place the onions on a paper.
  • After that take another pan and put garlic, green chili, spring onion, capsicum, garam , masala and start frying it.
  • Now add some turmeric powder, cabbage, cucumber and peas and then cook it approximately for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add egg white and cook it for a while.
  • After that add tomato paste, lemon syrup and hot chili sauce and cook them well.
  • Now turn on it high flame and add rice, cashew nut, coriander, black pepper. Then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now dish it out on a plate and   garnish with golden brown onion.
