Kharay Masalay ka Bhunna Gosht

Ingredients
- Mutton-1/2 kg
- Garlic-1 bunch
- Onion-1,1/2
- clove-6
- Cinnamon-1 inch piece
- Big Cardamom-2
- Whole Black Pepper-10
- Bay Leave (taiz Patta)-1 little
- Red Pepper Powder-1 tsp
- Ginger-1 piece
- Green Chili-10
- Mustard Oil/Ghee-1/2 cup
- Coriander-As required
- Salt-to taste
- Lemon-1
Method
- Take a pan put oil in it and heat up
- After that add garlicĀ in it when it turns light golden in color then add onion, garam masala in it.
- When onion got golden in color then add meat, red pepper, salt and cook it well.
- Now put water and leave it until meat gets soft over slow flame.
- When it gets soft then add ginger, green chili and cook it well.
- Garnish it with Coriander and serve it with lemon and salad.
