Kharay Masalay ka Bhunna Gosht

Ingredients

  • Mutton-1/2 kg
  • Garlic-1 bunch
  • Onion-1,1/2
  • clove-6
  • Cinnamon-1 inch piece
  • Big Cardamom-2
  • Whole Black Pepper-10
  • Bay Leave (taiz Patta)-1 little
  • Red Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Ginger-1 piece
  • Green Chili-10
  • Mustard Oil/Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Coriander-As required
  • Salt-to taste
  • Lemon-1

Method

  • Take a pan put oil in it and heat up
  • After that add garlicĀ  in it when it turns light golden in color then add onion, garam masala in it.
  • When onion got golden in color then add meat, red pepper, salt and cook it well.
  • Now put water and leave it until meat gets soft over slow flame.
  • When it gets soft then add ginger, green chili and cook it well.
  • Garnish it with Coriander and serve it with lemon and salad.
