Ingredients

  • Green Chili (big size)-1/2 pao
  • Potato (boil)-2 to t3
  • Red Pepper Powder-1tbsp
  • Chaat Masala-1tbsp
  • Cumin Powder-1tsp
  • Gram Flour (basin)-1 cup
  • Tamarind Paste-1/2cup
  • Oil-for frying
  • Slat-to taste

Method

  • First a fall mashed the boiled potatoes.
  • After that add red pepper, chaat masala, salt, tamarind paste,cumin powder and mix it well.
  • Now take big green chili and apply cut in the center of the chilies.
  • After that fill up this chilies with potato mixture.
  • Take gram flour add some water and make a smooth mixture.
  • Now dip this chilies in the gram flour mixture and deep fry it.
